Christopher Thompson, DVM founded Thompson Animal Hospital in 1993. He has practiced veterinary medicine in Lakeland, Florida since soon after he graduated from Ross University, School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. He is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and Florida Veterinary Medical Association. In addition to family pets like cats and dogs, Dr. Thompson enjoys helping reptiles and other exotic animals live long and healthy lives. |

Dr. Summer Jenks has joined the medical team at Thompson Animal Hospital. Dr. Jenks, a 2003 graduate of the University of Florida has extensive local experience. She also performed a 13 month small animal medical and surgical internship at a 24 hour referral clinic in Hollywood, FL. She has a special interest in geriatrics and dentistry. |
